A common complaint in the Building Industry which we hear all the time, is that clients are sick of waiting for tradesmen to arrive on time to quote. Once that trade arrives, if they arrive at all, they can wait days, sometimes weeks to receive the quote. For this reason, we started SA RenoMate, where we treat each client as exactly that, and not another number like the larger companies often do.
